Hi, I’m Antoinette Braks. I’m a strategic consultant, leadership coach and business executive with some 20+ years’ experience in People and Culture with multinationals and regional organizations in Auckland, London and Sydney. Throughout my career I’ve led transformation and lifted engagement by re-engineering people processes and working with executives to help them become more effective leaders.
My accomplishments include lifting people engagement by 30% over a period of 6 months with a 1,000 person organization; doubling revenues for a smaller trading enterprise after three weeks of rejigging people frameworks and processes; being a top performer with what was Australia’s leading retained search and selection firm; completing an MBA at London Business School; and raising three amazing children.
I’m a perennial student currently underway with a PhD and have read widely across business performance, organization culture, developmental psychology and quantum science. I’ve been described as “a collaborative intuitive with clear insight” and “a vital source of energy and inspiration” with “the innate ability to access her vast inner wisdom and bring it into form to guide others”!
